Mr Ernest Chen is the Managing Director of Interconex Management Pte Ltd. He is a visionary who oversees the entire company's operations and managing its strategic directions. With more than thirty years of business management experience, he is an enlightening entrepreneur attaining success and growth in his businesses, as well as helping many others to succeed. Throughout the years, Ernest has work on many businesses in several industries like stationery & technical, gifts and souvenirs, trading, import and export, events management, exhibitions and conference, training management and some others.

He is also an international trainer, speaker, consultant and a community leader. Ernest is the author of the bestselling book, "Ernestly Speaking" that has help many people who wish to improve themselves. He speaks to small groups as well as to audience of thousands. Ernest holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Andrews University. Currently he is working on his doctorate programme. Ernest is a Distinguished Toastmaster, a certified trainer and is also a Certified Teacher of Entrepreneurship. Helping out in the community is part of Ernest's life.
